Who is Azacca?

Azacca is a spirit being in Hawaiian voodoo. It is primarily associated with agriculture, but secondarily also with love affairs. 

Azacca appears to people as a young, barefoot, friendly but also clumsy country dweller. He smokes a tobacco pipe and wears a straw hat and straw sack. Azacca is a hard worker, playful and bleating like a goat. He is truly a country boy - nature is above all with him. He loves good food and drinks. Interpersonal relationships are important to him and he is known as a silent observer of them. He is considered incorruptible, friendly but also resentful of people who sin.

Sustainable coffee

Life without coffee is unimaginable. 

That's why we recently entered into partnerships in Colombia and Nepal. It is our primary goal to market sustainable coffee in direct sales. From our point of view, coffee is sustainable when neither people nor nature are exploited. The benefit of the entire value chain must be present. The producer should be paid fairly for his work. On the other hand, nature should not be desecrated by monoculture and artificial fertilizers, herbicides and pesticides. As a consumer, you should be able to enjoy coffee in its most natural form - with a clear conscience and without poison!

Own sustainable coffee plantation

We have made it our goal to open our own plantation in Nepal with the money generated from the sale of coffee.  Therefore, all profits from the sale of the coffee are reinvested in this project in Nepal.

In collaboration with www.cocinamithochha.com  and www.swiss-ses.ch  and "Nepal Everest Coffee" we want to give the students of the Barrista school comprehensive knowledge about coffee production. On the one hand, the students should learn how coffee grows and thrives, which soil quality is important and how further processing works. In addition, it should offer the poor rural population as well as disadvantaged young people another opportunity to work and generate added value in the country. At the same time, it is our goal to enable you to enjoy the best and most sustainable coffee.
